Deliciously Predictable | Ore-Ida

Work for Ore-Ida commercial done about two years ago. I painted all six backgrounds for the project - but the real challenge was the resolution. Largest one was 44,000 x 21,000 pixels.
Why so massive? Because they were printed at huge sizes (biggest one was 11,5 x 5.5 meters) to be used as set backdrops - kind of like the old - school matte paintings used in films or stage productions.
One of the key style inspirations was the classic Wizard of Oz backdrop paintings. It was quite the ride!
